Preparation

Prepare for your new tan Before having your first treatment you will need to have a patch test done prior to your treatment. If you wish to remove any body hair, this should be done 24 hours prior to the tanning treatment.
Exfoliate the night before your treatment using a body scrub to prepare your skin for your tanning treatment.
Moisturise your skin paying particular attention to dryer areas of the body such as elbows, knees, hands and feet.
Do not wear facial make-up as this could interfere with the tanning process.
Advise us if you suffer from any of the following: eczema or broken skin, psoriasis or dry flaky skin, respiratory problems, asthma, sunburned skin or any allergies to alcohol present in products.

After Your Spray Tan

After your treatment Your tan should develop within 2-6 hours, with maximum tanning results overnight (before showering) and last for between 7-10 days (depending on the skin). It is advisable to have 2 tanning treatments on your first visit then once every 2 weeks.
Do not wash or shower for at least 6-8 hours, this will enable the tan to reach its maximum colour result.
Do not perform vigorous exercise for between 6-8 hours as this may cuase the tan to streak with the sebum of your natural skin oils.
Apply moisturiser every day to keep the skin soft and supple, this will prolong your tan.
Exfoliate the skin after 10 days to revive the tan colour.
Some soap and shower gels can dry the skin causing the tan to fade quicker.
Swimming will affect your tan as the chlorine has a slight bleaching effect on the skin, making the tan fade quicker.
